sir,And we get red colored water in our kattakampal panchayath in kerala and that too is irregulardespite a heavy downpour every year.I have lost considerable scalp hair as aresult.The panchayath members do not handle this problem and wants the villagers to talk with the water authority.it will be easy if one is a party worker other wise it is very difficult.
