The 'main hun na' school of budgeting
The well researched article by Arun Shourie raising a question that " whether Tunring India towards the Future " is possible with such kind of policies of the govts. that prefering the 'subsidies' to ' incresing the purchasing capacity of the people ?
So we are sliding back to the Congress rate of growth of 3-5% (not Hindu rate which is 10% or more). Actually Congress does better without the family in charge so we should call this the Nehru-Gandhi rate of growth!
