Has Prof.Rajamohan forgotten Indian victims of terrorism since 1990? Even the bomb blasts in Mumbai on suburbn trains are still in living memory? Power respects power and this is starkly obvious in the China-India relationship.
Any way with lameduck UPA government there is no scope for negotiations with Pakistan. Pakistan only understands powerful and coercive diplomacy as practised by USa in case of getting support against Afghan Taliban-"Either you are with us or against us ."The Government cannot afford to be soft in Kashmir or it will pave the way for Balkanisation of India as we know it.
