Guilty should be punished But who is guilty?By: Harsh | Tuesday , 25 Nov '08 9:10:21 AM Reply | Forward No one knows whats the reality behind becuase everything is hazy and dark. The guilty should be punished but it is not fair to torture a person for commiting the crime in which he/she is not involved. Why this dont happen with the terrorist who was arrested and sent to jail with out any torture? And they get free easily after hijacking a plane.
treat all equalBy: Saccha Gujarati | Tuesday , 25 Nov '08 15:32:43 PM Reply | Forward I agree with you, 21 people accused for bomb blast in Hyderabad were acquitted by court saying they are innocent, but before they were kept 17 months in jail. they were beaten up severely, they were not allowed to meet their family, even their family was not told that they are arrested. They were not knowing what is the charge over them. Accused of delhi, gujurat bombings never got any opportunity to put forward their pain in media, they were never given such sensationalism as given to malegon accussed. Yes, I do agree innocent until proven guilty. but the standard for investigation should be equal. I am deeply hurt to see the double standard of investigation of heinous crime like terrorism. I don't support any community who is involve in terrorism, but politicization of accused is not right. Jai Hind
