Muslims constitute 10 to 12 % of the total population and do not vote as a block unlike dalits followes of BSP. Further they are not concentrated in a few constituencies, to influence the congress votes. So, would it not be better, if politicians like Advani and Rajnath Singh let the police do their work and stop issuing the certificates that Hindus can not be terrorists. Are LTTE not having a large number of Hindu Tamils amongst them.
