Mumbai: His left hand still in a cast and bandages all over his torso, this 26-year-old NSG commando hasn’t lost his determination. “Chupke se waar kiya, warna sab terrorist ko chun chun ke marta (they crept up and attacked, otherwise I would have killed each one of them),” says Sunil Kumar Jodha, who   ....Read more

Behind brave faces:By: HGKetkar | Friday , 5 Dec '08 12:13:33 PM Reply | Forward The reading of happenings really make feeling that there is no word with us to loud the service, devotion, love for the nation and courage and suicidal attitude keeps in NSG personnel which they trained after vigorous course of training. It is really heartening to read these stories about somany young military men serving in NSG are devoted for the nation. We feel proud for them as well as sometimes think that we are not doing anything for the country, but enjoying by 9 to 5 office and gossiping on unwanted subjects on many occasions.I want to express my sincere prayer for the betterment of those who have survived in the terrorist attack as well as who fought for the good cause against terrorists.

afsoosBy: Eli Amjad | Saturday , 6 Dec '08 5:17:17 AM Reply | Forward It is indeed sad that soldiers die alongwith innocents in war. I hope the kashmir and other outstanding issues between India/Pak are resolved and we can live peacefully.
It's high TimeBy: Farzana Syed | Friday , 5 Dec '08 2:17:53 AM Reply | Forward It brought tears in my eyes thinking about the family of Mr. Jodha and his patriotism toward our country, these patriots are the people because of whom our family is safe. we can start a campaign by donating sum funds from outside india. People who reside outside India can donate sum funds to some organization in india so that their efforts towards country can be more appreciated, but we will have to make sure that it reaches to braves like mr. Jodha. Its high time we have to do something, I don't support any kind of war, coz the people on both sides are humans. but I expect indian govt to take initiative to protect indian citizens, just abide by the law of land and make stern rules and punishment in regard with terrorism. On other hand, i request nationalistic parties not to create hatred between indians, They are indian first and then any caste or any community. let the leave in peace, do not divide in name of religion or region. Jai Hind
Our bravehearts are taking care of us, Lets take care of their families.By: vj | Friday , 5 Dec '08 12:16:02 PM Reply | Forward Indian sportsmen are well recd by giving them good amount for boundaries, wickets and even catches.thats good and we should encourage them. Our jawans/police are fighting for noble cause.making supreme sacrifices.we should stand behind their families. Some voluntary organisations should come forward to collect the donations and see that every penny is distributed. No jawan/police should feel sorry for their sacrifice. It should give tremondous confidence in jawans/police in performing their duty to this great country.
Time to take initiativeBy: Chauhan | Friday , 5 Dec '08 11:36:04 AM Reply | Forward Glad to read your comment Farzana. You are right... we should always stay united during hard time, no matter what community/religion we are from since we all are Indian. I too don't believe in initiating war since it will bring disaster for both the countries. So its not a solution at all. To face terrorism, we - the people of India - should stand together and take initiatives that we have never taken before. And first of all, we should punish all responsible politician by beating / killing them in public. Our security personnel killed even if they wore bullet proof vests - so responsible govt. authority should be gunned down as a punishment, and we - people of India - should take that initiative. Its like WE HAVE TO CHANGE TO BRING THE CHANGE.
