Courts permit custody only for investigations not torture against the accused. It is alleged that torture was used against Lt Col Purohit also breaking his finger, and even against a woman Sadhvi while in ATS custody. The language used by some media such as Saffron Terror, is highly repugnant and provocative and accuses the whole Hindu religion. It is also alleged that only the accused in this case are being subjected to Narco tests in the absence of any concrete evidence, and not even self declared enemies of India were subjected to it. If all that is true, there are bound to be serious repurcussions all over sooner or later. UPA is playing with fire in showing obvious vendetta against Hindu religious leaders, including Sadhvi women, not sparing even service officers. Terrorism is a crime, but NOT till it is proved. Were Deobandis subjected to Narco?

Let law courts to finally decide who is guilty and who is not. Till then take it with a pinch of salt. The Elections are round the corner. All parties are bound to use every weapon in their armoury to devise strategy to influance the voters. Who will ultimately get the benifit is yet to be seen after the elections. Have faith in courts of law. The trought will prevail. How ever who will get punished will be determinened by who is ruling the concerned state and at the centre. But when I read Sanghiparivar related comments then I am bound to think if these guys have any brain left in their head? Majority or minority, but no one has the right to use terror, but in many cases we are watching people taking sides of the terrorists and this is sickning if not killing.India is not Darfur but a civilized country with civilized systems, we must trust the ATS, CBI , RAW and other security services, because they know what they are doing. On the contrary we should be helping India to fight terrorists instead of telling who is right and who is wrong. Any Indian who so ever support any kind of terrorist is a terrorist him or herself.
