I feel sorry for JonBy: n.krishna | Friday , 14 Nov '08 12:15:00 PM Reply | Forward I really feel sorry for him. He had such a promising career. He was talented. He reminds me of a friend of mine a good painter settled in France. The problem is with the parents who should have instilled a sense of sexual control. In Kerala it would not have been a problem and would have hushed up. Because of the serial nature of rape and pedophile he will have to undergo some 67 years of imprisonment. The food habits in US also might have contributed for this problem. Genetically Keralites are in to rice and less protein foods. The food in US is rich in many ways and the sex drive will be very high. Added to this, the Kerala christians are from the untouchable Hindu Paraya community whose eating habits were much worse than the average Keralites and the marriages of boys used to be at the age of 10 and that of the girls used to be 7 years. .
Re:i feel sorry for jonBy: sukumar | Friday , 14 Nov '08 16:08:55 PM Reply | Forward well it is proved that jon has committed not a single crime but a series of crimes for which i feel he is rightly punished. It should be noted that he exploited of girls of age 14 for his sexual desires. And do not link this with the kerala background and and the food habits in US. Its totally wrong. You cannot give such false excusses or reasons for his crimes.

I don't see anybody blaming the political system.By: human | Friday , 14 Nov '08 19:16:32 PM Reply | Forward I dont see anybody talking about the whole political system. A radical change in the constitution is needed in terms of common rules and regulation in this country which the vote bank politics never accepts, unfortunately. Weather it is BJP or congress ot any other political party which comes into power, don't expect any change to happen in India if this is the mentality people have. Even Krishna in BhagavadGita mentored Arjuna to kill Kauravas for a totally different reason. Let us not understand BhagavadGita the way Al-Queda have understood Quran. All religions in this world have gone through much evolution so as not to preach evil. Everybody in this country, irrespective of relegion, need to go back to their roots and introspect themselves before making any statements. The politicians especially need to do a lot of this.
