Is this our Culture?By: Srinivasan | Friday , 28 Nov '08 9:22:04 AM Reply | Forward It is really sad and pathetic how we the Indians who are recognized for our culture and etiquette worldwide have gone rotten in celebrating one's death. It is true that his policies affected many of us and I am one among them, but it doesn't mean we should forget our culture and decency, and celebrate his demise. By doing so, we reduce ourselves to barbarians. I am ashamed!!

VP Singh DeadBy: Srini | Friday , 28 Nov '08 9:00:12 AM Reply | Forward One gone but many more morons still in the system dividing the country and people for their self and families. I still can't forget the numerous young students died because of this idiot and his friends. And people....We all talk of the bad politicians and politics in India and that is all we can do. Shame on us. We don't even vote. If we just keep talking doing nothing we get people like VP to rule the country.
May his soul learn and evolve betterBy: Bharata | Friday , 28 Nov '08 7:12:03 AM Reply | Forward A wily, cunning, divisive, self seeking politician. That was V P Singh. Bharat is now lighter without this wily politician. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Thank God that he finally departed after a long illness. He has suffered much for his deeds via illness. Now may his soul learn and evolve for the better.
politics at its worstBy: sonia | Friday , 28 Nov '08 6:16:32 AM Reply | Forward VP Singh tabled Mandal commission report to divide Hindus on the basis of caste to stay on in power. It is ironical that the death of a man who caused so much divisiveness has gone almost unnoticed though the result of his action lives on.
