If u referring to third world conditions existing in India such as filty streets as though that is the only criteria for judging the country's economy. Take up some part time education , so u know where India stands in terms of its growth . If u find the streets dirty or roads not in proper condition, then organise mass protests against the authorities to improve them. Also become a member of some groups such as Lions club, Jaycees ( not usre if they still exist) , or whatever and start cleaning campaigns. Actually Australia has nothing else besides clean streets.

His comments wont effect the person who he targeting.... but it will cause to loss the respect others had towards the country.......any way we Indians know what class of country we are in....
