Apology from what? Heidi wore a costume of Kali and what has got to do with blasphemy? Is she actually hurting anybody? Is somebody hurt? Is she taking food from Indian children?Please please, all these people who are complaining about this, maybe should complain about poverty in India. If one of you have given a dollar to an Indian child in need rather than complaining, it would have already made such a difference... I rest my case. Or that it is used as a publicity stunt? Or, as they put it, "...to advance their selfish agenda" or "...thrown around loosely for dramatic effect" or ......"pillaging serious spiritual doctrines..."?? It is the Hindu community that is turning this into a publicity stunt. I would never have known what this b-list celebrity had dressed as. Do you feel like it's a mockery? Because to me it looks pretty damn impressive, which in OUR culture, is almost a form of worship. Do you have any idea the work that probably went into that? You talk about worship and reverence, what is an apology going to do for you and your religion? If she apologizes, she comes out on top. She looks like the good person who cares that she offended a group of people.
