He is also on record for claiming that the ATS chief "harassed and humiliated Sadhvi Pragya". One thing is certain for sure that Sadhvi Pragya will now not find any benefactors in the political establishment.He and Rajnath Singh are the people who should be charged for high treason and sedition.

He had started taking advantage of his position which is not good for an officer of his caliber. Handling of Malegaon case is straight example of this.
