Remember this is the person who was issuing certificates to SIMI and even now his main concern is that 'innocent persons' should not be harassed.By innocent he means muslim and in next breath he wants culprits to be punished.What a fake! If any statement can be more meaningless and obfuscating , I do not know. His utterances have no value. He should shut up since he is clearly been unmasked as a terrorist sympathiser.

There is no administration, non effective judiciary, no police. Terrorists, politicians, govt officials, students, teachers all are free to say, “jo ukhr na hai, ukhar loo”…. We are excellent in finding excuses when responsibility arises; at the same time we are great to beg/demand for remunerations/rights. Our police and intelligence gather info from newspapers in India and abroad. Shivraj is not coming from another planet. He just represents a typical Indian; backboneless, coward and greedy but who knows how to keep his job and get promotions without having any eligibility.
