Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan has spoken for the first time about his thoughts on the Mumbai atrocities. Speaking exclusively to Raj and Pablo for this Saturday's (6 December) 'Love Bollywood' Show on ‘BBC Asian Network’, Shah Rukh speaks openly about why he hasn't talked about the attacks till now as well as  ....Read more

King CowardBy: pradhan | Thursday , 4 Dec '08 13:29:46 PM Reply | Forward Sharukh, Shame on you. I think this man is a very double standard. I suggest he should go to Pakistan and leave there. These people should be thrown out from the country. India is suffering for them only. They eat, drink, sleep in India but sing for Pakistan. Shame on this Guy. Learn from Big B how to behave and to be real patriot.
SRK is dont want to make angri his fans in Pakistan and Middle eastBy: Andy | Thursday , 4 Dec '08 12:00:42 PM Reply | Forward Look at this idiot's senseless comments, there is no mention of single word of Terrorism and Terrorists leave about pakistan, He has already taken homes in Dubai and Pakistan, so that in case if his Movies don't run successfully he will settle in Muslim world with his Muslim Brothers, shame on this Indian Citizen. Now only because he was asked he has commented, otherwise he would never have commented, everyone knows it, for him India and Mumbai are passing stations final destination is Dubai and Pakistan, he is concerned that if he is going to say anything against Terrorism or Pakistan, then his Muslim fans in Pakistan and Middle east will not see his movies and his Profit will come down and he may lose his homes in Dubai, same case is with Pseudosecularists like Shabana Azmi, Teesta Setalvad, Mahesh Bhatt. For them Death of Indians is insignificant.,,oh God give coward Indians some strength so that they identify such Hidden Terrorists before they ruin and destroy the entire country.
GroverBy: Manish | Thursday , 4 Dec '08 10:46:02 AM Reply | Forward This is message from self styled superstar, very shameful. The man makes himself very witty but flounders on sensitive issues.Does he know all the terrorists were in the early twenties, someone still could be undergoing higher education. Now from where the question of work comes. The way they were trained and dressed suggest that they were not duds, could have concentrated on education and mind you they came from Pakistan, it is then duty of that country to provide WORK to them and what WORK they got.Had India been in the early fifties his name could have been Mr Praveen..etc... India has changed and admired him in his true name and religion .What this man reciprocates.....Indeed Shameful.
responseBy: vidhu | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 22:09:06 PM Reply | Forward shah rukh, i expected much better from you , rather than taking a miidle path. Your image will definitely take a hit. Unbelievable that is all I can say, especially you being an Indian
SRK By: Suresh | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 21:19:21 PM Reply | Forward SRK could have done much better than this. BTW, we haven't heard from any of the so called 'pseudo' secular organizations and actors like Shabana Azmi, and the minorities commission. May be they take to the streets only when muslims are not the perpetrators. Doesn't matter that 40 of the dead are muslims.
Shah Rukh KhanBy: Mahesh | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 21:13:59 PM Reply | Forward Why do we expect Shah Rukh Khan to say something about terror attacks in Mumbai, Just because he is Muslim? I think it is not fair to expect somebody in the Shahrukh's position to go around giving big talk about terrorism and in the end blame muslim terrorists. Why do we have any doubts to feel that he is or may not be equally against terrorism just because the terrorists were all muslims. We cannot go on thinking like this. Shah Rukh is not a politician and we should not expect any statements from him. He is like any one of us just making a good living with his talent. What if he had issued some big tough talk and condemned Muslims as terrorists then we would have felt very good. Is it? We have to be more responsible and not behave like the people in media out to hound anybody and everybody they can trap.
Islamic fundamentalismBy: chethan Prabhu | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 21:13:22 PM Reply | Forward Shah Rukh Khan's response is emblematic of the Muslim communities response to the whole Al Qaeda phenomenon. Some of my best frieds are Muslim and I have utmost respect for the religion and all my muslim brothers and sisters. But I am disturbed by the lack of a strong response to islamic fundamentalism. Every muslim should be putting pressure on their mullahs and leaders to come out strongly and issue a global fatwa against these inhuman criminals. If things go down this path, the entire muslim community will get tainted with this disease.
shsh rukh khanBy: ravi v | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 19:12:11 PM Reply | Forward shah rukh khan is worried about his status in the film industry and any possible adverse impact . so he has chosen the middle path and wanted to be on the safe side of boththe communities. it is nothing but economic consideration for him.
no religion..just common sense..By: nags | Wednesday , 3 Dec '08 19:06:53 PM Reply | Forward you idiot..this is not about islam...this is not about religion....it is a terrorist organisation funded and trained in a country that has literally gone out of control... You are taking the focus away by bringing in the religion...
