Mr. or BJP is not against any kind of invetigation. Whether an act of violence done by a muslim or hindu or christain it is unpardonable. Sri Advaniji is not questioning ATS because the alleged happens to be a hindu. Sri Advaniji is only questioning the ulterior motives of the Congress whose hands are in ATS gloves. Why ATS is incrediblely enthusiastic and hyperactive and gives a updating on the investigation on an hourly basis before the "secular"(?) media which would waiting like hawks. Why such activism and vigor not present in the investigation of the acts of muslim terrorism? why govt. is not keen on pursuing the punishment to Afzal Guru? Are they worried about minority votes? This is democracy. If Congress can strategically act selectively, playing safe on so many issues, keeping mouth shut acts of muslim terrorism, why BJP should not speak when a hindu is victimisied?

If every political leader starts interfering in the police work where will it end. A terrorist is a terrorist regardless whether he/she wears a beard and cap or in the garb of suffron clothes. At least a leader of his stature should not use derogatory remarks against the investigating agency. With his comments we are sending a wrong signal to the world community that we are soft on one community and harsh on others. It is a shame that political parties go to this extent to defend terrorists to come to power. How can the country be safe in their hands? Modi had said that no terrorist can enter into his state. The irony is all the terrorist activities are going on in his own backyard. Was he not aware of this? Strange!

A significant aspect of this process is that Officers and Staff belonging to the Minorities like Muslims, Sikhs, Christians have deliberately been kept out of the poll process at all the levels starting from Polling Booth to Chief Electoral Office. The prejudice has mainly been noticed in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan which are ruled by BJP. It should be be shown that the there is no bias It appears that the election machinery is still influenced by the leaders of the ruling party. The reasons for not involving the persons of Minority Communities should be made known to the public. It should be made clear whether the administration is apprehensive of their impartiality at any stage of poll process.
