Perpetrators of carnage should be punished: PMBy: M. Krishna | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:46:49 PM Reply | Forward Dear PM, Keep waiting till the international community decides what is to be done about the terrorist attacks - you can wait till kingdom come. In the meantime the terrorists will make merry and God forbid, attack again. What do you as an individual or as the head of the government have to lose? Nothing. It is the poor citizens who will lose their lives. Life, as one of the great savants of India said, is action, not contemplation, beloved PM. Perhaps when you are old, senile and spineless, it is better to go home and meditate - as a country's "leader", you simply have no right to do so.
India's StrengthBy: Raghu | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:39:35 PM Reply | Forward Singh,Please do not be a cowrad. World leaders will do nothing for you. You are # 1 leader of India. Lead the country. Do not panic. This is the N th attack from Muslim world. Dont fiddle the strings. Act boldly. Indian public will follow you.
Perpetrators of Mumbai carnage shoul be punishedBy: K. Raghavan | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:34:12 PM Reply | Forward Mr. PM, don't simply say 'perpetrators of carnage should be punished'; IT IS YOUR JOB TO PUNISH THEM, AND NOT MOUTH POPULAR SENTIMENTS. Behind every terrorist attack, there is local logistic support. If you have no power over Pakistan, surely you have all the power over Indian collaborators. How many locals have you caught in last four years, and out of them, has a single peron been punished? Why not, simply bacause they belong to your VOTE BANK? If you were serious about waht you say, Afzal Guru should have been executed with 48 hours of Mumbai attack. STOP FOOLING the people. Enough is Enough.
Seriously!By: Nilay | Friday , 5 Dec '08 21:45:25 PM Reply | Forward What are we 10? common you are the Prime Minister of INDIA, you don't have to ask for anybody's permission before you strike back on the "perpetrators" that killed your people. Show some strength, take a stand against terrorism.
Mumbai carnageBy: S. K.Pande | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:21:34 PM Reply | Forward Through your esteemed paper, Could i request the IE to ask the PM whether the government has punished perpetrators of the parliament carnage and in this backdrop how can we have faith on this statement? More so, when the UPA government is in lame duck stage,
Please, Mr. P.M.!By: Mithun Manohar | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:18:31 PM Reply | Forward Please Sir, do stop talking empty rhetoric, and for God's sake, do something more than what Sonia allows you to do. We started off with very high hopes from you, but you seem to be powerless.
PAINBy: S Thulasidharan | Friday , 5 Dec '08 20:06:21 PM Reply | Forward Our politicians has become our curse. If action is not taken after all these precious lives lost, REMEMBER people will come to the streets demanding action. Its so pity that we have to beg to our politicians to take action. SHAME ON YOU GUYS
