This is for the simple reason that they are likely to have extra-territorial loyalties. For Sadhvi Pragnya, we all know that given sufficient money, Indian police will arrest and torture anyone. When the govt. changes (which I think it will), these ATS and police officers should be dealt with properly and severely. A simple excuse that they were "carrying out their jobs" should not be accepted. Sonia should be questioned in a similar manner as the Sadhvi has been.
