However, Vilasrao Deshmukh and R R Patil are also to be blamed for their feeble attempts to nip the problem in the bud vis-a-vis MNS. Many investors must have quietly put their plans (in Maharashtra) in the cold storage or looking at other locations, on the grounds that the law and order in the state is non-existent and one may be at the mercy of lumpen elements, who operate outside the realm of the law.

It is Raj Thackeray and his MNS workers who are responsible for defaming Maharashtra. It is they who need to be taken to task. They have provided opportunity to other politicians to fish in Maharashtra's waters.
