Just lock him up for good. He is creating problems and violence by opening his mouth and asking his followers to go on rampage. He is a bigger terrorist and agiatator, who only seeks his glory by destrying others. He is a goon and his followers are Mafias who go out and extort money from businesses by threats. Three chhers for the government, but it came in little late. He should have been put away long ago.

However, the way he is handling this issue is NOT right. He needs to address in strategic and more effective manner that is acceptable by most. I agree that these migrant do carry their customs (this includes their goonda gardi lifestyle) and create huge nuisance to the city. People from other part of the country try to follow the mainstream culture and behaviour. however, the Bihari's want 'roji-roti' and do the dadagiri, which obviously is not acceptable by any locals.In addition, media is biased in reporting all these. they never report what nuisance North Indian are creating.
