SC notice to Centre on Delhi HC verdict on gay sex

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notice to the Centre on a petition challenging the Delhi High Court judgement legalising gay sex among the consenting adults. Majority of this country do not agree with the attitude of you people and it has been told to you loud and clear in the not so distant past. Are you now going to question the existence of more than half of this nation? The boot is on the foot that you seem to think dude. As I said before, learn to think straight and stick to the topic when you are debating. Round the clock abusing will make your ego satisfied momentarily but in the long term will only make you more and more irrelevant. May God give you sadbudhhi and some power to reason.

Under no rules should SC abrogate this right of children.

Everybody has a right to live, but nobody has a right to live, they way he/she wants. If they are living in a society, they have to follow the rules and regulations of the society, and do and act things which are permitted by that socieity under their culture, custom and civilization.If somebody says it is tehir right to have sextual intercourse with anyone and everyone that cannot be allowed in a civilized society. Consenting two adults may do it in privacy, but it cannot given legal sanction.

Please take these off the TV's and the newspapers. If you must pursue the matter do it sure, because you consider it prudent to discuss it and decide, but this can be done silently without raising too much dust. Consensual Sex among the people of the same sex must have existed ever since the man started living but the things have been more prtivate than the natural sex created by nature. The perversion is now becoming more dominating and is spoiling the environment. The people who want to carry on with their desires on the other side may continue to enjoy but try to keep everything private and discreet. Pray help keep the society to become too dirty. The natural sex has been source of respect and regard between the people of different sex. Gay phenomenon in the street will demolish mutual respect.

Just because their sexual orientation is different does not make them any less human. Accommodating homosexuals in the society is something that our culture has done long back. Heard about the phrase "Tritiya Prakriti"? Bravo high court. Ignorants will raise their eyebrows, cultural terrorists will jump and self appointed custodians of the culture will squirm but hopefully the govt will do the needful to bring out a bill for providing equal rights to these people..

It is a matter of belief...But all i am saying is that i want to live my life as anyone else would want to. Why should i keep battling within myself for years and years when i know that i am right. The way i feel cannot be governed by a court verdict or by a law passed by the executive or even by people who claim to be the upholders of "bharatiya sabhyata". As a human i have the right to love...i have the right to live without being called a criminal for loving another being!

If we are given full freedom to choose our religion, life partner then why shouldn't it be the same with the gays. They also have the right to live and not just survive under vile living conditions. The west has recognised it, now its our turn. This is high time for us to deciede if we are a society which recognises and accepts the god's creation or keeps the other deprived of the god's own will.
