Sadhvi Pragya tortured by ATS, claim lawyers

They have given so much updates to Media without any concrete evidence. Their actions suggests that they are working towards one goal. Had these many evidences including the telephone talks and their open speeches would have been found, even judges would have considered them sufficient to award death sentence.

I don't think you need to be a scientist to prove that 30 crore tax payers cannot pay tax for 2 lakh indian muslim. It's only subsidy, even if the govt. pay full expenses it will not reach 5% of tax payed by muslims. Secondly we have only 1 occasion where we use govt. aid. unlike others who has 100's festival every now and then spending crores of govt. money. For you information. we never go to anybody house asking donation for festival unlike many people coming home with receipts to collect money for their festival and we contribute with open heart. govt is not doing any favor, its our right. We are not given any reservation in govt. jobs, education, unlike even a guy passing with 35% gets admission in engineering or medical. we don'have free travel like people travel free with govt. support like its their father property. we don't have hundred of trust funded by govt. to take care of our masjids. The Huj is a purely religious ritual. India being a secular nation, it is a violation of the secular principles to use the tax payer's money for the religious purposes of any section of the people. It is also a violation of section 27 of the Indian constitution. As far as Hindu religious festivals are concerned, they are conducted using funds received in their religious places by devotee's offerings and donations collected from public and not from the tax-payer's money.
