Trace that terminal, then we can get back whatever amount that was spent in excess of Satyam's income.The employees and other beneficiaries should come together to make Satyam work again in an honest way. Sacrificing a company for the mistake of one man is utterly foolishness.

Raju not only managed the auditors but also the instituitions awarding Satyam the "Best Corporate Governance Award". The politicians and their accomplices in the guise of elite cadre IAS officers have always been on sale for all and sundry. The greatness of entrepreneurs like JRD Tata and Narayan Murthy is magnified when one sees tainted success of businessmen like Satyam's Raju.

I do agree that he has cheated his investors in many ways. But this type of incidents has happened in India and outside India as well. To name the few recent episod of Enron. Are we saying All US Corporates are like Enron ? One of the English Man single handedly brought down a 100 year old company are we going to say all English people are cheaters ? Like this I can give many more instances but definetly we do not call them cheaters. Then why do we have to say that Raju has tarnished the image of India ? As every city has some cheaters, he is one of the cheater from HYD. That does not mean that everyone in HYD are cheaters.So Grow-up keep your EGO aside and concentrate on what your role has been defined.

A good part or some of the amount can be recovered from the perpetrators. Then there are its fixed assets. Most important of all is the customer confidence and the employees spirit. IT guys are more system oriented and they must take it up as a challenge, may be form a new company (as the ex directors are out, so, it's a NEW Satyam) and achieve the glory. It's nothing impossible as the company can boast of many of the cream IT professionals of India. Whatever happened is a matter of shame but that's history. There have been much worse scam in politics in every country including India (viz, Lalu's fodder scam, Rajiv's Bofors scandal etc etc - in fact, the political world stinks. $1.5 trillion is kept in Swiss Bank accounts of Indians. India can claim that but see, callous Indian government is reluctant to nationalize that. Do we smell something?

The act of Raju and his band of saints is shameful act that cannot be said in few words. Further the band of Raju's saint have shown India and rest of world that they stand to promote cast. Looks like this band were from stone age, I do not know how on this beautiful planet we have crooks who are hell bent to create a bigger division in society.I hope we change for good. do we need a foreigner to teach us how to live with equality? its a shame. Back to fraud, Raju should be given the most sever punishment (freeze all his bank balance and assets) that will stand out as an example to all the industrialist. The asset ans cash should be used to regenerate this IT org. and give the best to the clients.Govt. should have economic intelligence agency to keep tab on all players. Also govt. should be serious to ban any cast discrimination.
