Illiterate Kerala Ministers !By: Benin | Monday , 1 Dec '08 19:17:20 PM Reply | Forward Naturally, the staff will be fired at the end! So far many of them including IAS/IPS had taken burden for these illiterate ministers for their lack of experience or management skills. Seems no one dare to speak out this publicly. At this context we salute Major Sandeep's respected dad for what he did!
THIS IS UNFAIR By: James | Monday , 1 Dec '08 17:55:18 PM Reply | Forward Prashant Nair, you looked hurt when Mr. Unnikrishnan threw the keral cm out of his house! Look, he deserved that ! People should express out what they feel: I heard recently that Achuthanathan is also the I T Minister of Kerala who doesn't know the spelling of the word 'EMAIL' Oh..what a minister!
THIS IS UNFAIRBy: Manoj | Monday , 1 Dec '08 23:02:39 PM Reply | Forward I support Prashant. Though you can call me anti-communist, I support Kerala CM on this. I have seen how Mr Unnikrishnan behaved on TV. He may be under emotions or whatever, this is not the Hindu culture to behave to a guest, esp. those coming to show condolenses. Infact, it was Kerala CM, not Achuthanandan that visited his house. If Unnikrishnan is under such behavior his relatives should have restrained him. Mr unnikrishnan and his relatives brought shame to the slain martyr.
Beat HimBy: annyan | Tuesday , 2 Dec '08 13:04:01 PM Reply | Forward Mr Manoj you are not anti communist, you are shame to the entire nation
Slain Major's father snubs Kerala CMBy: Ajith | Monday , 1 Dec '08 17:13:07 PM Reply | Forward I appreciate both Mrs Karkare rejecting the monetary awards as well as the Unnikrishnan not meeting Mr Achuthanandan or Mr Balakrishnan. It shows that we Indians have had enough of all the politicians. My only fear is that with elections in the corner, this event (the Mumbai tragedy) will be soon forgotten. In this context , i would request all Indians to exercise their franchise properly so that the next lot of politicians should not take Indians for granted and such incidents should not be repeated.
PATRIOTICBy: R.ARAVINDAN | Monday , 1 Dec '08 17:03:02 PM Reply | Forward TRUE PATRIOTIC FATHER OF THE SON OF MOTHER INDIA
CultureBy: Cultured Indian | Monday , 1 Dec '08 16:42:26 PM Reply | Forward I am not surprised by the behaviour of the father of the deceased.Quet understandable, though not correct.Wht is surprising is the endorsement it is receiving from the public of the country which poses itself as highly cultured.Shame.
What cultureBy: Vivek | Monday , 1 Dec '08 23:08:52 PM Reply | Forward I would like our "Cultered Indian" to elaborate. What culture is he talking about- that we should fall at politicians feet whenever they show up? This man demonstrated that he has back-bone just as his son did. He was honouring his son's sacrifice, period. On the other hand, it is evident from your post that you have no spine. One the one hand you show understanding, on the other you say it is not correct. You are part of the "I-am-right-but-sir-you-are-also-right-brigade"; totally lacking in conviction, unwilling to take a concreate stand on any issue.
Cut the CrapBy: Impassioned Indian | Monday , 1 Dec '08 18:36:47 PM Reply | Forward If the public is forgetting its 'culture', could it be that the politicians desensitised the public for far too long. Perhaps the public is waking up now.
Polititians forget cultureBy: James | Monday , 1 Dec '08 17:34:55 PM Reply | Forward hi, your kind words indicate support to keral cm. tell me, you stand up your nation or for this rougue who speaks politics through out?
Kerala CM's visit to Unnikrishnan;s houseBy: Poduval. G | Monday , 1 Dec '08 16:31:28 PM Reply | Forward The drama what Achumama and Kodiyeri planned to act, misfired. Unnikrishnan well done, your act is the representation of the feeling of all sensible Indians. We are averse to present day Politicians, they are suckers, sucks blood out of us. Since Shivaraj is favorate of Sonia he is HM. And in the most incapable hand the entire system failed resulting in what happened in Mumbai. And while our young heros like Sandip was fighting terrorists PM designate was enjoying a night Party. And where was Raj Thakery and his boys, when Amchi Mumbai was burning !!!.Shame.The country is safe because we have Sandips, and will be safer if there is no Raj, Rahul, Shivraj, Sonia.
WHAT IS THE FAIR MANNER, PRASHANTH, UNFOLDING RED CARPET TO ACHU ??By: aniyan | Monday , 1 Dec '08 16:17:02 PM Reply | Forward HEY, THIS SHOWS YOUR CULTURE AND MANNERS; CRITICIZING A MAN WHOSE ONLY SON GAVE UP FOR THE MOTHER INDIA.. !! SHAME ON YOU !!
NO DOs AND DONTs TO UNNIKRISHNAN .. PLEASE...By: KP PILLAI | Monday , 1 Dec '08 16:13:49 PM Reply | Forward THE CONTEXT OF WHICH, FATHER OF LATE MAJ.SANDEEP, REACTED TO BE UNDERSTOOD AT THIS JUNCTURE RATHER THAN MAKING THE POOR MAN, WHO LOST HIS ONLY SON, LEARN DOs AND DONTs. HE DOES NOT SEE ANYTHING NOW, HE CANNOT RECOGNIZE ANYTHING NOW EXCEPT THE HORRIBLE SCENE OF HIS DEAR SON LYING DEAD AND GOING IN FLAMES. THEREFORE, PLEASE, THEIR WELL WISHERS AND OTHERS, LEAVE HIM ALONE AT THIS POINT OF TIME, IF NOT ABLE TO JOIN HIS FAMILY TO SHARE THIS MOMENT OF SORROW !! PLEASE.....
CM "Snubbed"By: M. Kothari | Monday , 1 Dec '08 16:11:58 PM Reply | Forward He has the right to be let alone if India wants to propound its Democracy. I do not quite understand the motives of politicians in general. Most people have lesser regard for them. The CM missed the funeral. Let this man be with his family and take some time away from publicity. The CM should be visiting the scenes of crime and working on security. His "mentality" is misplaced and that is typical of his expedient personality. The guy cannot accept a "No, thank you" is a pervert, in many matters.
Unfair mannerBy: Prasanth Nair | Monday , 1 Dec '08 15:41:50 PM Reply | Forward Dear Mr Unnikrishnan , It was not fair that u behave to kerala CM in this way .We can understand ur mentality but u shud maintain calm since CM is the representative of people of kerala so its an insult to people of kerala .You dont have manners(I saw a lot of abusing mallu words u used against him)?? You dont know whats the culture of India ???
Don't confuse fathers actions with the sons martyrdomBy: Ram Chary | Tuesday , 2 Dec '08 14:21:29 PM Reply | Forward I agree with you Prasanth. Mr.Unnikrishnan's behaviour to a visitor to his home was uncivil - and we should not mix it up with the martyrdom of Major Sandeep.
VS and Kodiyeri got what they deserved!By: Gopa Nair | Monday , 1 Dec '08 18:10:46 PM Reply | Forward Prashanth,For a party which passes resolution if a crow is electrocuted in Cuba or Saddam Husein is hanged, why it took so much time to issue official condolences in time as well sending proper representative for the funeral? Bangalore is not very distant from Kerala and any one minister could have represented the so called Kerala people!Instead, both VS and Kodiyeri played and got a slap on their faces! These frogs who do not know world outside of Kerala got what they truly derserved.
Kerala CM = Frog in the well By: James | Monday , 1 Dec '08 17:23:12 PM Reply | Forward We are with Mr. Unnikrishnan, be firm your stand sir.It is definitely not Mr. Unnikrishnan, the so called Achuthananthan did not know the culture and values of India else he would have paid homage to the martyr on time, during the funeral.Achuthananthan is a frog in the well who thinks knows all but hardly any thing he knows! He is the one who swallows own words for the sake of his survival..Do kerala people deserve such a knave chief? think!!
Hats off to Mr Unnikrishnan and thumbs down to Prashanth nairBy: arvind chari | Monday , 1 Dec '08 15:58:07 PM Reply | Forward Mr Unnikrishnan hast off to youy on bringing up such a brave son and on treating the Kerala CM in the way he deserved to be. I real;ly think that these stupid politicians should stop wasting our money ( tax payers) flying around and with all the elaborate security when they cannot protect the taxpayers. Today this community (politicians) has become the single most despised community in India.
