I fail to understand what the so called boasted eliite Coast Guard where doing? Your sea route is wide open, so any one can come and go at his will. Simply unbelievable and as usual failure on the part of Intelligent Bureau. If they don't know how to stop all these things, then blame the neighbour, which is the most simple thing to do. I wonder, Instead of Mumabi City if they would have attacked some other vital installations, then the damage would be very high. Sadly they have slattered innocent people.
