FIRST OF ALL THE MATCH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLANNEDAND PLAYED IN THE STADIA WHERE DAY AND NIGHT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE. IN THE EVENT DAY AND NIGHT FACILITIES WERE NOT AVAILABLE AT KANPUR STADIUM THIS MATCH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIFTED TO SOME OTHER STADIUM IN SOME OTHER TOWN WHERE THIS FACILITY HAD BEEN AVAILABLE. ENGLISH TEAM THEREFORE SHOULD NOT FEELOTHERWISE. IN INDIA THINGS ARE ATTENDED TO WITH OPEN MIND.WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

Peterson's anger JustifiedBy: Frank | Friday , 21 Nov '08 21:20:50 PM Reply | Forward Guys,Peterson's anger is justified. He has right to say the match shud have been played to the full. For all those who complain of Brit media or its players, imagine how many of us (incl. yours truly) rued over many matches not going India's favor in Test or One day for rain or other reasons in India or overseas. Whenever there's an issue the Indian media lambasted every other board (recent sidney fiasco including).It's a different matter that England could not have won but a chance should have been given and there should be fair play. And I do not know how so many here have a vague memory as India have collapsed a lot with the tail. 43 runs of 60 balls could have been easier when Dhoni and Yousuf Pathan are playing, but a wicket or 2 and pressure would have been back in India since we are already 5 wickets down. Had India won the match playing under lights or through fair means (other than D/L rule), the team would have a clear image untarnished by anyone.
