BJP and the culture of hatred and violence - 4By: Sujeet Ramanna | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 23:07:27 PM Reply | Forward For a real solution, justice has to be delivered by the implementation of the Srikrishna Commision report, for riots that happened in Bombay, and the guilty have to be rightly punished. The Lieberhan commission report has to be implemented for the punishing the guilty for the demolition of the Babri Masjid demolition. The Gujarat government should be booked for its role in the Gujurat riots in 2002. And no heed should be, rightly, taken of the class, hierarchy and caliber of the guilty to deftly pronounce the judgement for the guilty. This will reassure the minorities in this country, that justice does exist in this country indeed. When people who blasts bombs are arrested and punished so are the pepertrators of riots and the rioters are also arrested and punished. Unless this happens I am afraid no tough law of government will be able to stop the cycle of violence that will ultimately lead to the disintegration of India along, religious, caste, linguistic lines.
BJP and the culture of hatred and violence - 3By: Sujeet Ramanna | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 23:06:01 PM Reply | Forward Let truth be told. I am a hindu and I am so ashamed and appalled by the behavior of the organizations, that the BJP supports – Bajrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Shiv Sena and their ideological head – the RSS. They commit Rape, riots, minority bashing, looting. All this is done in the name of Hindu religion! Who gave them the right to represent Hindu religion. I for one not only want to tell them on their faces, that they do not in any way represent Hindu religion. Hindu religion has taught the world about peace, tolerance, harmony and peaceful co-existence, spiritualism. These are Hindu religion’s core values, not the evil ones that these organizations propogate in the name of Hindu religion. I not only strongly the actions of these organizations but call for a ban on these organizations.
BJP and culture of hate and violence - 2By: Sujeet Ramanna | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 23:03:02 PM Reply | Forward with the clear objective of playing with emotions and appeasing the majority hindus in the process creating hatred for the muslims. Maybe they their ideological masters – RSS, learnt it well from the British and imparted the education to the BJP. All this because of the lust of power! To win an election and come to power, a lust that they had bred for 40 years without an iota of it in sight except for the brief 13 months that they came to power during the first 40 years of our Independence. And if 1000s of lives are lost in the riots germinated from this hate, who cares! If deep divisions are caused in India along religious, caste, racial lines, who cares! If hatred bred causes the cycle of more riots and bomb blasts, who cares! BJP wants power and it will get it at any cost! Screw the country! And now they want more of this minority bashing laws in place so that more hatred is created, by dividing India more! This is what BJP is all about.
BJP is the architect of hate in India -1By: Sujeet Ramanna | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 22:59:59 PM Reply | Forward The BJP sowed the seeds of the culture of hatred and violence in this country by raking up an issue about Ramjanmabhoomi and then demolished the Babri masjid to make the Ram Temple there. The riots caused by hindu fundamentalist groups like the Shiv Sena, VHP and Bajrang Dal then spread all throughout the country. The spreading of hatred and violence is a culture started by the BJP in 1992, which to be is the blackest spot of the history of Independent India. The spiralling down of the Indian society by the cycle of violence starting from 1992 by way of riots and bomb blasts, is the manifestation of the hatred created by the BJP between Hindus and Muslims. A credit that should fairly fall on BJPs shoulders. It was done with the intention of balkanising India. Dividing India along religious lines, dividing the majority hindus from minority muslims, with the clear objective of emotional appeasing the majority hindus and creating hatred for the muslims

Different nations handle islamic terrorism / invasions / aggressions / disloyality differently.By: Bharat | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 21:50:36 PM Reply | Forward Different nations handle islamic terrorism / invasions / aggressions / disloyality differently. Powerful nations act outward and invade other islamic countries as US did, since acting outward is politically correct and they can afford it. Week nations act inward, since they they are not strong enough to afford the outward action and don't mind to be politically incorrect and thus we have Bosnian genocide, Gujrat killings, etc. In order to avoid backlash, muslims should not behave like traitors in the countries where they live. Rather, they should give up islam and convert to the local religions and be integrated.
Failure of UPA govt.By: rajendra k tiwari | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 21:31:05 PM Reply | Forward Sir,Our benign PM has sleepless nights whenever terrorists are caught by the police andorders those responsible not to harass muslims,Amar singh draws red herring across thetrack when the terrorists are killed in encounter. In a democratic set up muslims have first right on the resources, such impolicy of UPA government have played havoc withthe whole concept of equality.Justice demands that everyone should be equal in the eyesof law and the tone and tenor of the government should be such that all irrespective oftheir faith should feel confident that their perspective will be seen .They care two hoots about justice and go on subsidising Huj even if it is repeatedly told that it must be donewith ones own money.Terrorists florish in the atmosphere of ambiguity and go on attacking from one city to another with impunity.Home minister is notorious for fashinablesuits and has no time to address pressing problems facing the nation.
Media biased and spread terrorismBy: Kavitha | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 21:24:11 PM Reply | Forward All english news paper and TV channels are also spreading cultural terrorism. They not only show nationalist things in bad light but also publish comments of only those who are anti nationalist. I hope one day BJP will come in full majority and take media on.
Whats the scope of this new law?By: JayaKumar Patchala | Thursday , 16 Oct '08 20:58:18 PM Reply | Forward Every law is subject to different interpretations. TADA or POTA were also subject to various interpretations. Lets see whats the new law and how its interpreted and implemented. On one hand one of the most charismatic leader is facing charges and is denied visa to USA. Does he come under the perview of new law or the above said law is just targeted at non-bjp activists?. When they talk about global terrorism... do they have required proof that their own partymen aren't offenders? If they aren't offenders, the whole argument and talk of global terrorism doesnt hold water, cause there is no such thing as global terrorism, there are only local terrorist outfits that cause problems at a global level.
