Srinagar: A day after Syed Ali Shah Geelani, the hardline face of separatists in the Valley, admitted that the 62 per cent turnout in the J&K Assembly polls was something he had “never thought would happen,” the head of the moderate wing of the Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has echoed this an  ....Read more

Hope Pakistan may provide some hot seat some where in bush. The fanatics and the bogus freedom fighters lost its support in valley. It is shame that separatists eat the grains of India! Mr. Syed Ali Shah Geelani and his group only interested to make money in the name of freedom . Anti- National should be hanged in the street. Hunt and treat the anti-nationals like dirty worms.
After Geelani, Mirwaiz admits "We got it wrong"By: Bob | Saturday , 27 Dec '08 8:14:03 AM Reply | Forward These few separatists should under stand that people are not listening them. Indirectly people are telling them that they are not with them. If these separatists use violence against the people for their vote, Government should act against these criminals. If these separatist are really well wishers of Kashmiris, they should work towards betterment of Kashmiris and not resort to violence.

For once the separatist leader is right...By: naikmm | Friday , 26 Dec '08 23:23:24 PM Reply | Forward There is no use giving all kind of explanations now. Its a hard slap on that rosy cheek. Do not blame the Indian government all the time and chew only what you can chew would be my sincere advice. Truth finally prevails and only history will reward all the kashmiris who have paved the way to show where their loyalties lie. These elections are also an eye opener for every Indian. We all have to go out there and vote so that our representatives are a true reflection of ourselves. I hope and pray that there is at least over 70 % voting all over India in the next election. I salute each and every kashmiri who openly went out there and voted under all the pressure. The entire world community should appreciate this openly and admire the manner in which India at this difficult juncture went ahead with these elections. I doubt any other country would have dared to take such a risk. India is India my friends and has always played dangerously at times. This is also a signal to our neighbours.
After Geelani, Mirwaiz admits ‘we got it wrong’By: Rajendra Kumar | Friday , 26 Dec '08 20:35:16 PM Reply | Forward There has never been any problem in Kashmir which is different than rest of India. Politcians all over India are corrupt. Hurriyat leaders are one step futher as they get money from both India and Pakistan. feel sorry for the people of Pakistan also that their politicians are many times more corrupt than ours. Mr 10% has made it to the President of Pakistan. Schools are being burnt in Pakistan by Jihadis. All problems will be over when Muslim learn to live with the people of other faiths.

Kashmir banega BangladeshBy: Salim | Friday , 26 Dec '08 15:37:08 PM Reply | Forward Nowdays we are also Bangladeshi and Indian. China's pincers in the form of Pakistan and Bangladesh are choking India. More than 20 million Bangladeshis live in India. Population in Assam, Bengal, Tripura and the entire N-E has changed. Kashmiri's are getting free money from India and Article 370 too. Make them independent and ask them to look after themselves. Send the Bangladeshi's to Kashmir.
well done brothersBy: shyam kishore | Friday , 26 Dec '08 14:17:56 PM Reply | Forward Kashmir terror is reaching its logical end.The cry of the seperatists are over .They want kashmir to be liberated only to annex to Pak. the people living on the other side of kasmir does not enjoy the freedom on indian side of Kashmir. they are like East Paksitan in the history.kashmiris have realised that its better to live in a civilised and robust society than living in a barbaric socitey .The Goverment of India should take strong measures to bring back those who have been mislead by the fanitic elements like Huriyath
