Air India has become fat and mean (customer unfriendly in the extreme) thanks to babudom.. Today the only people who fly Air India is the captive market like Babus, free pass holders, people going to the Gulf. Air India will rank last by any performance metric. Manmohan Sir, give this albatross back to TATAS, and see it soar again.
