Basic Development firstBy: Deb | Saturday , 18 Oct '08 11:35:30 AM Reply | Forward It seems people seems to forget 60% i.e. 600 milion people in India earns less than 1 dollar a day.All Yechurys,Mamtas,and the message writers should think about the basic development of poor people first..i.e Roads,Education,Food for all etc.Govt should be able to take action immediately.Uneven development cannot lead to industrialisation. In the western world we will not find anyone dying of hunger which may still be the case in India.With 60% people below poverty line, one Nano project will not be able to help India.It will obviously help a very few may be 0.001% of the population. We need to create the fundamentals for industrialistaion first i.e education,food for all,Roads,electricity and then the poor people will understand the benefits of industrialisation and no one like Mamta Banerjee can provoke poor farmers against industrialistaion.

What bengal government should have done is to follow Gujarat example by offering farmers twice the market price for their land. But Marxists have contempt for farmers, whom they regard as Kulaks and counter revolutionaries. In terms of relocation it would be better for Bengali Marxists to relocate to Bangladesh, and implement their ideas, which will hopefully turn the tide of illegal immigration from Bangladesh. Unlike Mamata Benerjee, many of the Marxist leaders are from Bangladesh.

I am confident only Cogress has the potaniality and commitment to the progress of the nation.However, there are bad elements like Mamata Bannerjee, Raj Thakure,L K Advani and Rajnath,who are the impediments in the progress and developement of India, Religious finacticks.They have nothing else to do but to instigate inter-religion confilct. I fail to comprehand as to how they can do that and be not guilty. They should think positive and let others live in harmony and fall in order for the growth and developement of the Country rather than throwing dirt on others. The leadreship of PM Manmohan Singh has attained a position for India in the world where we can be proud of even with the world financial starins.
