Focusing on solidifying the relationship is more important than "tying the knot." Although he is hesitant, I suspect the couple will marry within in a year or two; they appear to be madly in love. However, I don't believe Angie would intentionally try to get pregnant with twins again. It is more likely that they will adopt before that. Angie has mentioned this most recently, and included that it wouldn't be anything right away because one is not allowed to adopt until all of the other members of the family are at least 6 months.
