One knows that US, China and Russia will never give India a permanent seat in the UNSC as they not want to build up a threat in the future less from a second rate power.

Successive US Govt.’s set US national strategy. The rogue regimes you mention gained clandestine support when the CIA needed them , but not legitimacy . The same CIA worked against them, when these regimes turned against US govt. . The US is India’s natural ally, but some times our interest differs. So does EU and the best ally of US , including Israel. In the last decade India and US relations seem to have matured enough to recognize these and to work together. To say the US is against India always, shows ignorance.
