I think that it is significant that such persons have been invited and I hope it is an indication of an intention to hard-press and lobby for increased investment in the ravaged state. It will be interesting to see whether these magnates actually do set shop in J and K. What will be more interesting is how successfully the Abdullah govt succeeds in protecting the investments, if any. Lobbying and sops of a gigantic proportions must be offered initially to kick start a new era of economic turn around in the state.
