No land should be given to outsidersBy: kamal kishor pandey | Tuesday , 20 Oct '09 19:58:21 PM Reply | Forward I think, outsiders shouldnot be allowed to purchase a land also the land laws should further be made more strict in Uttarakhand. Its time for the state to hold its assets and resource to its people and check capital flight from the state.Just because someone sitting in Gujarat or other state feels what an elegant beauty it is...and comes to buy a piece of land....vitiating the beauty of hills, exploiting the nature and so on...and it's a reality not myth.If one wants to be a partner in the development of state, not merely buying cheaper land for one's comfort, it is welcomed .
