All the money Govt intends to spend is being looted by corrupt politicians and babus with protection from Police who also share the loot. So this uprising is expected and Govt may crush this today but untill the loot is not stopped, culprites are punished and real development matching with the local temperement and culture takes place this uprising will again errupt in another form. So fist catch and punish the politicians and babus who continue to loot the region for the last 62 years grabbing land and food from these poor people.

Mao is dead and no one remembers the fellow. The laxity on the part of the Indian government is to blame. These anti god cockroaches should have a price put on their heads and shot at sight or hanged from the nearest lamppole.
