How come the justice is so much delayed!!By: Nitesh Boyal | Monday , 1 Jun '09 15:22:52 PM Reply | Forward Is there anything wrong with the bench or with constitution which is the reason for this delay.Or is there no law which suggests punishment to the richer or stronger??If this is so then we are wasting our time.
