How many in India who committed rape were punished ?By: MMK Rao | Thursday , 11 Sep '08 19:18:38 PM Reply | Forward It will be interesting to know whether people in India, not excluding those of the political class, who committed rape and or murdered their victims, were ever brought to book, tried expeditiously, and awarded this kind of punishment - death as was done in China.
