CJI should be aware that Lower Court Judicial officers are having benami bank accounts to have their corrupt money to be deposited and they withdraw them by ATM. Ofcourse CJI has stated in a interveiw that small mamools in the lowest grade is unavoidable. CJI must keep up the pride of the Apex Court and must remove the gallery of photo and restrain from acting an politician

Judges Asset DeclarationBy: Uttrakhandi | Wednesday , 7 Jan '09 15:03:42 PM Reply | Forward This is a historic judgement by the courageous members of the CIC which should be supported by all the people. Everyone, including our honourable judges, want to be a VIP with separate rules for them compared to the common citizen. We can not be called a civilized country so long we have such a long list of VIPs with different rules for them, despite equality enshrined in our constitution. The CJI was wrong when he first refused to apply the RTI rules to the judges and it will now require courage and magnanimity to accept the mistake and rectify it by agreeing to apply the rules to them equally. What moral authority SC can have in applying the provision of equality to other so called VIPs in any matter if it does not apply it to its own members? And it was shocking to read the hair-splitting done by the SC Registry in declaring that CJI office and SC were different entities- it is a pathetic argument. Lets all support the CIC line, if necessary by sending a memorandum to the SC.
