Investment in peace making should be permenant and not to be trumpeted. Every Citizen of India is covered by Article 25 and not just minorities, each has a right to defend his faith collectively or individually, going by your understanding.

If a person really wanted to be christian them he can openly declare in the court of law and make it. Like registering your property which is also people right. This type of clashes could be avoided instead you are prepare long bad propaganda and abuse other religion. This need to be condemned and stopped at any cost.
