People have to change. Mayawati can only do so much. Apart from Mayawati the so called 'upper caste' religious leaders like the Sankarachary should come forward and start lecturing these caste practices in his - 'Brahmin'-communities. Crime is perpetuated by the so called upper caste. If these religious leaders want they can make a difference. Caste injustice is main reason that people leave the Hindu fold.
