BJP's routBy: J.M.Manchanda | Tuesday , 16 Dec '08 8:05:59 AM Reply | Forward Without any prejudice to Mrs. Yogi's merits, BJP needs to understand that it too has been cting like Congress. The only argument in her favor was that she might encash on the "sympathy vote". Why should the voters be sympathetic to her? Was Mr. Yogi gunned down while performing duty? In fact, it is still a mystery why he committed suicide and BJP did likewise by preferring his widow to party workers of the area. BJP also needs to focus on development and offer concrete and alternate models of growth to throw out Congress. They might start with the MCD, which is under their control and is a hotbed of corruption.
