Cong under pressure to withdraw Tytler, Sajjan

New Delhi: Pressure mounted on the Congress party for a rethink on the candidatures of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar, whose names figured in connection with 1984 anti-Sikh riots, with sections within the party said to be against their nomination. Congress party Sonia Gandhi, who has been away for electi  ....Read more

blaming tytler is bullshit and political gimmickBy: Narinder | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 17:36:05 PM Reply | Forward when the law of the country could not find persons guilty in 25 years and when the governments were run by all sections of political parties. When in power they all say let the law takes its own course. same law could not find people responsible for demolition of structure at ayodhya for at least same period. Un less we make the law different for Politicians because they have a life span of 5 years and their cases should be decided in this life span nothing substials can be gained. We have seen it in bofors, babri, 84 riots, 2002 riots, Killings in punjab, Assam and unaccountable occasions. let us not allow such issues to be burried and then capitalised at the time of elections. All utterances from political dias is nothing but bullshit.
History will repeatBy: Arjun Singh | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 17:12:37 PM Reply | Forward This is a blessing in disguise for Tytler, Sajjan. They will become governor after election. jai ho Tytler, Sajjan.
Tytler, Sajjan, BhagatBy: Rajan | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 17:10:07 PM Reply | Forward Tytler, Sajjan, Bhagat and many more are the persons Congress party is shielding.Congress after Indira is a shameless party. Everybody knows these politicians are selfish people so as Comgress, BJP, Samajwadi, Bahujan etcAll these issues crop up before Elections only.People should understand this. These culprits will not be punished because Congress is shielding them.BJP wanted the issue alive so they also were not in a mood to punish these when they were in power.
Tytler and Sajjan Congress family.By: Rajinder Katoch | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 13:55:29 PM Reply | Forward Think, why congress is so desperate to bring in Tytler and Sajjan Kumar. Because by killing innocent sikhs they have done a great service to the Nehru family. Sonia by making Manmohan singh the regent(care taker) thought sikhs will pardon these two has not happened. We in Delhi know for sure that Jagdish, Sajjan and H.K.L. Bhagat were the three prominent names who were responsible for sikhs massacre and every sikh knows this. Now, if Sonia thinks that by making sikh a PM, Congress vices will turn into virtues, I am sorry that is not going to happen. These two should be chased and hanged alongwith Afzal and Kasab.
corrupt cbiBy: A SINGH | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 13:02:20 PM Reply | Forward I FULLY AGREE WITH JAVED KHAN ARTICLE. JAVED WE ARE PROUD OF YOU. WHETHER CONGRESS CANCELS NOMINATION OF CRIMINALS TYTLER AND SAJJAN KUMAR OR NOT THEY ARE CERTAINLY GOING TO LOOSE THE LS ELECTIONS. I STRONGLY REQUEST ALL THE INDIANS TO RAISE OUR VOICE TO DISSOLVE THIS CORRUPT CBI AS AS POSSIBLE.
Congress Responsible For The Mess.By: jagmohan uppal | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 12:29:09 PM Reply | Forward Congress has played with the sentiments of Sikhs for 25 long years. It should have seen to it that the the murdrers of over 3000 Sikhs are brought to justice. Mr Tytler and Mr Sajan Kumar shoul not have been given the Tickets in 2004 itself. They have repeated the mistake again in 2009 and they have themselves to blame for the mess they are in.
TytlerBy: sudershan | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 10:27:04 AM Reply | Forward If people believe tytler is son of a Sikhni then all Sikhnis should oppose the Sikhs who are doing all this because of political bindings. Tytler was given clean chits many times by CBI irrespective of who was the ruler in this country, He himself denied his hand. A few created witnesses cry because they wanted media attention, so if congress has any guts they must resist this move for replacment of Tytler other wise a bad signal will go for others. Sikhs also should respect the law of land as Indians because they are Hindu first and then Sikh .
It is all in NameBy: Part | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 8:19:33 AM Reply | Forward Tytler is more than half of Hitler... Ty(Hi)tler... It is all in the name dude...
well saidBy: abhinav | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 12:06:25 PM Reply | Forward and the anti logic for this will be Sonia Gandhi
Tytler and Sajjan - two faces of evilBy: JAS | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 4:30:51 AM Reply | Forward Being agnostic I am not sure about some higher power dispensing the justice eventually. But you two make me wish there is one and you eventully pay for your sins and evil conscience that allows you to live with yourself.
Tytler!By: joe76 | Thursday , 9 Apr '09 2:43:17 AM Reply | Forward Is it surprising that Congress is rethinking its candidature on Tytler and Kumar? The only they want is votes and for that they do anything, even bring back a criminal from oblivion to make sure they get the minorities' votes. But to their chagrin they were challenged by a journalist and lo and behold they are rethinking. I guess the lesson here is that slap all the ministers like this in public with shoes and suddenly people start taking you seriously. Come on people this journalist has shown the way, if that is the only language these people understand, then I say we use it to our(people's) benefit and cleanse our whole political system. Tytler and Kumar and thousands like them should be banned from contesting ever again for the common good. WE all know that CBI is under Congress's thumb. Get rid of them and all the people who are throwing mud in our eyes in the name of appeasing a certain section of the janata.
