This white elephant has costed about Rs.123Crores to MCD already. If this is a modern abattoir, it does not have even a basic Effluent Treatment Plant, neither can it vouch for the meat it produces without HI FI tagging??Who is feeding the white elephant?? How can the elephant escape the law and continue to gobble more public funds??How much can MCD spend to cut one small sheep or goat.Can the white elephant hide forever in New Delhi??Lloyd
