Unprotected sex hereo or homo-sexual is the root cause of HIV spread. Education from a young age is needed so that our youth grow up to know the danger and consequences of un-protected sex with unknown persons. Absistence is not the answer either.

Recently it was the labor minister blaming the victim of a murder ( CEO murdered by employees in Noida) and now some other equally unqualified person proposing criminalizing gays! I am glad the court is not going along with their proposal
