We ask the same question, three of Shri Shankracharya's very close employees and manager and accountant who knew about all his secret activities, financial mismanagement, and unmentionable acts had been murdered in cold blood by some hirelings. Can the police officials and the Tamil Nadu Govt. come out openly and please tell us what has happened to these cases. Mind you the value of wealth controlled by Shri Shankracharya exceeds 1000 crores, you can understand the political control he can have with that much wealth. People like Bharat are doing a terrible and unfair disservice to India simply because you blindly follow a particular religious order. Shame on you Bharat. Please wake up and go back to real God oriented religion.

The Hindus majority is being sacrificed for a handful of minorities. Hindus are being painted as chauvanists. History has shown that the Christians , Parsis, and even Jews when they were persecuted in their homelands in Middle East and rest of the world, it was Hindus who gave them shelter. And look at the same ungrateful Syro-Catholic Christians from Kerela who are now going out of their way to malign the name and image of Hindus. They are pretending to be Indians while they are undermining the unity of the country by threatening to turn the Hindus into a minority group in their own country at the behest of the Pope. They are the ones who are biting the hand that once protected them. Recently a bunch of them took out protest rally in US and other parts of the world. It is another repeat of the 1947 situation that ultimately led to the death of our beloved Mahatma.

Perhaps, Mr. judge is not bothered about it and is just going by cursory look at skin alone as if he is specialist in determining if the assault has actually taken place - not sure if he has medical diploma, I would doubt that. But arresting a saint under a severe anit-terror law and treating him like an ordinary criminal is outrageous and calls for immediate human rights violation cases against all those involved in this chain - including polictical masters of this operation. I am contemplating bringing it to the Democratic Party for sanctions against Sonia and Monmohan Singh government unless true evidence is laid out in full glare of the public. At the minimum, an UN investigation into Human Rights violations by state and federal government are needed.

T | Monday , 17 Nov '08 5:49:12 AM Reply | Forward Recall Mr US to come back to India and become the Chief Supreme Court Judge.What is the difference between ordinary criminal and a so called high profile religion disguised criminal if the religion masked guy has committed the same offence as the ordinary criminal- you name it bomb blasts, rapes, abusing the chastity of girls (going to them for puja) and what not, hijacking, kidnapping, forgery, murder, wanton torching the homes of the poor, misappropriation of funds etc, etc, Actually your logic is lousy and lacks intelligence, we can understand a common criminal committing all these because he does not believe in God, he is at a social disadvantage, he sees the political system as unfair and lop sided so he wants to commit those offences if he can get away and become rich, but what about the religion masked criminal, he has every thing, money power, women to satisfy his Brahmacharya concept and high level connections, comfortable life, if such a guy commits crimes, the law should triple the punishment and such religious guys should be hanged from the tree tops in view of the public in a city street. You are committing an intelligent fraud Mr. US. Are you pretending to live in the US or in an isolated Rajasthan village subscribing to 3rd century concept of religious people and trying to hoodwink the ignorant? Be honest man.
