Justice for saleBy: Anant | Sunday , 12 Apr '09 16:47:37 PM Reply | Forward Who in their right mind thinks that justice India is ever given to ordinary citizens. Courts and CBI is wanting more funds from Tytler,Sajjan and that is the reason the case is postponed. Don't worry congress will see to it that these to pieces of sh*t will come back to join the rest of the heap.
ROOT CAUSE OF ALL PROBLEMSBy: B S GANESH | Friday , 10 Apr '09 14:13:19 PM Reply | Forward The root cuuse of all problems in our country is corruption and loyalty/ rigid obedience to boss for personal benefits. We have seen how CBI is working as stooge of ruling power. This we have seen in BOFORS case and in the recent Tytler case. See how Karnataka Lokayukta as a patriot is catching officials getting high salary amsssing crores of rupees and properties. He is not given powers to process cases for punishment of accused by corrupt politicians. There is need for a thorugh REVOLUTION FOR CORRUPTIONFREE GOVERNANCE AND NOT ONLY PUNISHMENT TO CORRUPT BUT CONFICATING OF THEIR PROPERITIES. B S Ganesh
Corrupt CongressBy: Tanuja Thapliyal | Friday , 10 Apr '09 14:07:41 PM Reply | Forward Congress is just a currupt party nothing else...they have concluded all their major cases during their power and made sure for the clean chits for the important people. And this is the height from Mr Manmohan Singh, to not stand against this issue, being a Sikh. Shame on tytler
Justice delivery should be improved only by expansion of judiciary to avoid denying of justice in right timeBy: B S GANESH, BANGALORE | Friday , 10 Apr '09 14:03:10 PM Reply | Forward Every politician must be loyal and faithful to the country if peace and prosperity of people and country are required. But most politicians in their greede for power and blessings from party chief try to be LOYAL to the party chief and party even if some incidents are bad to the people and country. Such people are dangerous and can be treated as TRAITORS. Tytler comes in that category as he instigated for masaccre of many innocent Sikhs who are actual protectors of the country. B S GANESH

The faith in Indian InstitutionsBy: Naim Naqvi | Friday , 10 Apr '09 11:40:36 AM Reply | Forward I have no business to defend Tytler or Sajjan Kumar. They are quite capable to defend themselves. However, I fail to understand the deplorable lack of trust of trust in CBI or other national institutions when we don't agree with their findings or judgments. We simply blame them for partisanship. What's the point in going to or having these institutions if don't have faith in them ? Call it vote bank politics or bowing to pressure groups, penalizing someone in public courts, when he or she is already declared innocent by competent institution is big tragedy and mockery of democracy. Indian Democratic Institutions are not so pliant and we should show respect to them!
Sikhs should get justice.By: santosh.s | Friday , 10 Apr '09 11:20:53 AM Reply | Forward The tormentors of Sikhs should be severely punished.Hindus cannot forget the huge sacrifices made by Great Sikh Gurus and the sikh community to protect the Hindu and Hindu religion from the onslaught launched by mughals. The Sikhs are not only brave but faithful to the motherland. The misdeeds of some misguided elements should not be made as a reason for blaming the entire community.
TytlerBy: ALKA | Friday , 10 Apr '09 11:05:13 AM Reply | Forward IN MY VIEW TYTLER AND SAJJAN KUMAR SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ASKED TO STEP DOWN. SIKHS SHOULD GIVE PROOF( ANY PHOTO) THAT THESE TWO WERE INVOLVED.STEPPING DOWN OF THESE TWO LEADERS WOULD ENCOURAGE SIKHS TO NAME AND INVOLVE ANY PERSON THEY DON'T LIKE IN 1984 RIOTS.
Justice Delayed, justice denied.By: Dr.C.S.RANGARAJAN | Friday , 10 Apr '09 5:03:22 AM Reply | Forward The case relating to the riots following the assasination of former prime minsiter of India has already celebrated its silver jubilee. Though it is said that justice hurried tantamounts to justice buried, here is a case which vouchsafes for the fact that even in the event of justice not being hurried, efflux of time not only makes justice superfluous, but the deep scars left behind by the failure of judicary to expedite justice makes one wonder 'what is wrong with the system?'.
