DNA test doesn't confirm rape.By: Anand Singh | Wednesday , 7 Oct '09 11:16:56 AM Reply | Forward We all know what is DNA test meant for.It is impossible to check a rape victim with it and moreover signs of physical assault do not confirm it.Actually there is a thin line between rape and HEAVY sexual intercourse and in case of Shiney, it seems a blackmailing case rather than a rape case.It's possible that they could have physical relations but a rape charge can't be proposed on it's basis.

Things like these happen every day, but just because he is an actor, you all feel your allowed to comment on him and his actions. Fair enough he may have done it, he may not have. Has anyone ever thought that the 'maid' is just hungry for publicity. He may not have done it. He may have slept with her, but he may not have raped her. do YOU KNOW?? do YOU have confirmation? i guess not.

Even having sex with his maid is unacceptable in the india society, cant believe a woman can be so blind. She needs to get a life and give a life to the poor soul who was actually raped. Think about what she may be going through, I wish the poor girl all the luck and love in the world. And hope the actor is punished to the same level of disgust the poor soul went through however am very sure there will be another twist very soon stating he did not do anything, mark my words as in India the rich dont get punished.

But this is not the way our judiciary works. Police will take two years to file the chargesheet. The defence council will challenge the medical reliability and legal admissibility of the DNA test. The jundges, instead of brushng aside these arguments summarily will ponder over the defence plea for further two years and ultimately aquit the accused for want of proper reliable evidence. This whole process will cover perod of two decades enabling many advocates to become richer richer.Only Talibani way of jusstice will truely deliver justice in such cases.
