Not sure if the current board and higher management should continue running the company. They should be removed right away have a neutral board constituted right away. This would protect the incriminating data that the current management would be busy destroying. They should be treated just like any other common criminal and put in a high security prison asap.

What are they supposed to do to feed their families and meet their debts.
