The mandate of dda is to build cheap housing for the masses and not bail out bad business decisions of private enterprise.the logic that sri fort has appreciated is not relevant. That way dda could buy anything at any price and say that 50 years down the line all will be well...Politicians are blamed regularly for the prevailing state of affairs but beuraucrats also leave no stone unturned in wetting their beaks...pigs at the trough.....
