Let Lalu Prasad answerBy: Akshaya Kumar | Sunday , 16 Nov '08 7:12:37 AM Reply | Forward What is surprising in all these developments is that nobody has ever questioned Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav as to why he could not do to Bihar what he 'claims' he has done for the Indian Railways. I have had to travel by train via Bihar thrice, and all three times, I kept my fingers crossed till the train left behind Bihar! The likes of Raj Thackery should have no place in our society; but many people might secretly agree (it may be politically incorrect to say so) that but for Raj's goondaism, Lalu would have changed Mumbai into Patna. You cannot celebrate Chhat Puja in Mumbai on a scale larger than how Ganapati Puja is celebrated. And Lalu was almost about to do just that! It is again politics of vote that even our 'honest' PM cannot question Lalu on anything whatsoever.
