It is because of these 'nikkamma' (I know I used the same term for PM also) Shatrugun Sinha. He didnot do enough when he was in ministry. Infact he had to face anger of house speaker when somebody asked him some question and he started answering something else that too in his lousy filmi style.

The tallest of them have been Bajapay,Advani ,Mahajan ,Sushma, Jaitley,Naqvi,Hussain and many others from the states and national organisations. Others like Jaswant Sinha ,Singh, Arun Shourie and likes of Shatrughan Sinha have just reaped the fruits without contributing in terms of building organisation and solidifying the party .In fact Shatrughan Sinha had once threatened to walk out of the party but just stayed on because the opposition party ignored his feelers to join them .Such leaders are usually one man army, there to serve their interests ,rightly described by their senior collegues as "Intellectuals without wisdom".Outsiders view them as parasites on the party uniting merely to roadblock the advancement of more worthy generation next.
